We understand that you may only have an occasional need for our software. No problem! You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active for the current billing period and you will only be billed again if you resubscribe.

We do not support shared licences. Each individual user requires a licence of their own, which is associated to an individual’s email address. The logged-in user is named on the reports generated by the program. Individual named users qualify for unlimited support from the TruckScience team, by phone, email, chat or video/screenshare. When a user logs in on a new device or browser instance, any existing sessions associated with that user’s account are instantly logged out. Note that licences for second and subsequent users are offered at a discounted price.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro cards, as well as PayPal. Card payments are processed securely through the Chargebee payment platform. Payment may also be made by electronic funds transfer on request.
