TruckScience finished in 2nd place in the grand final of the Google Adopt A Startup program on Tuesday of this week, taking home €5,000 in Adwords credit.

8 Companies, 8 Pitches

The final took place in Google’s EMEA headquarters in Dublin, where 8 companies pitched their developed business plan and results of the program to members of Google Ireland’s leadership team, as well as prominent figures from the Irish Startup Community. The 8 companies had been selected to compete from 30 startups participating on the program.

The Adopt A Startup Program

The prize was really the icing on the cake for us, as we have already benefited greatly from the mentoring we received on the program, as well as the expert lecture series, which covered topics such as Google Analytics, Search Quality, Recruitment, Export and Online Visibility.
