With the increasing volume of calculations being saved and shared in our Axle Weight Calculator, the time has come to make managing these calculations more straightforward.
Managing Your Saved Calculations
Now you can organize your saved calculation into folders, making large volumes of calculations easier to organize and find again later. The calculation description has been expanded to 100 characters, allowing you more flexibility with your naming convention, and making it easier to distinguish between similar calculations.
Sharing Calculations
You can share calculations in edit mode, for deeper collaboration with colleagues and customers. This means you and a collaborator can make changes to the same calculation, without the need to create a copy.
More Organized Sharing
Shared calculations are now grouped by the person who shared them with you. When you’re done collaborating, you can now opt-out of your permission to collaborate on calculations created by others.
Drag Bodies Vertically
Bodies can now be dragged vertically as well as horizontally, using your mouse pointer. This is a powerful visual aid when positioning a body on the truck.
Dragging fast or slow
You can change the increment used when dragging items like bodies, payload & equipment, by updating the Length Increment in Settings.
Lift Gates
Lift gates can now be added to all body types, without restrictions.
Tire Radius
You can now change the tire radius of pusher and tag axles. This will enhance the graphical representation of your truck when you generate your report.
Additional Notes on Reports
We have created a dedicated ‘Additional Notes’ section on the PDF report, to make your additional notes stand out, and have expanded this to 4,000 characters to cater for more information.
More Contextual Help
We’ve add lots more contextual help, in the form of field tooltips, throughout the app. This will help you to understand the input fields better, providing answers to your questions right where you need them.
